Mission

The Colorado Native Organization is an Indigenous Arts and Culture non-profit dedicated to cultural revitalization. Our mission is to provide free cultural arts education to Native youth, families and elders. We are dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of various Native American Tribes by providing transformative learning experiences that honor traditional practices and encourage the next generation of artists and cultural stewards.

Programs:

1. Cultural Enrichment Program 

Our Cultural Enrichment Program is an innovative, inter-tribal program that fosters connections between Native youth, families and elders through cultural arts education. This program provides a safe space for the most underserved minority group in the Denver Metro. 


2. Native Youth Outdoors Program

The Native Youth Outdoors Program is designed to preserve, strengthen, and renew the cultural and spiritual practices and values of Native American youth in the Denver Metro Area. This program engages youth and elders in activities that share traditional knowledge systems and practices while enhancing youth leadership through intergenerational educational and mentoring initiatives. 


3. Gourd Singing and Dancing (Seasonally)
